Yes. Payment is due before I start the inspection — I don’t begin any inspection without payment. This ensures there are no disputes about the price after the job is done. I always complete the inspection and provide either an official Safety Certificate or an official Inspection Report. You can see how satisfied my clients are by reading my Google Reviews.
Simply type your postcode into the booking page to see prices and options immediately. Pricing varies depending on the time frame you choose — the more flexible you are, the cheaper it is. I also offer unattended inspections (just leave your key) and inspections at your workplace. Some locations have a slightly higher fee, and Saturdays are also slightly higher.
You’ll get a clear report explaining why it didn’t pass and what needs to be fixed. Once the repairs are done, you can book a re-inspection. There’s a small call-out fee for the re-inspection — between $50 and $80 depending on the time frame you choose (Saturdays are slightly higher).
Make sure the vehicle starts. For trailers, ensure they are parked on a flat, hard surface — I can’t move the trailer for you. I also can’t inspect vehicles stuck in mud or vehicles that don’t start. If I arrive and can’t do the inspection for these reasons, I’ll need to charge a call-out fee.
Also, make sure the vehicle is clean, all lights are working, tyres are in good condition, there are no warning lights on the dash, and the horn, seatbelts, and windscreen wipers are functioning. All seats must be fitted — missing seats without a mod plate will result in a failed inspection. Preparing your vehicle properly helps avoid delays or a failed inspection.
No problem — simply call me. You can reschedule or cancel at no cost if it’s before I start driving to you. If I’ve already started driving and you suddenly decide to reschedule or cancel, I’ll need to charge a call-out fee. I just ask that you give as much notice as possible so I can offer the slot to another client.

I completely understand and respect that. That’s why I only give realistic time frames — and unlike others, I don’t make empty promises and then show up late. If I arrive late, the inspection is half price or free. That’s my on-time guarantee.
