I will notify you when I’m on the way to you, either by phone call or by text message.
If you booked online I will come to you regardless if you answer the phone, my On-Time Guarantee applies.
If you booked via phone call, I will call you when I want to start my way to you – if you don’t answer I assume you are not available and the booking will be cancelled. I can’t drive to you for nothing. On-Time Guarantee does not apply for bookings made via phone call.
If you booked an attended inspection, please be available during the booked timeframe.
If you booked an unattended inspection, please make sure I have access to the key.
Please ensure the vehicle is starting and is ready for inspection.
Please ensure the vehicle is parked in a position that allows me to complete the mandatory test drive (not locked behind a gate, etc.).
Please ensure there is a parking spot for my car nearby.
For trailers, please ensure the trailer is parked on a flat, hard surface. I need to jack it up, which cannot be done on a slope or muddy surface. Trailers do not require a test drive. I’m unable to move the trailer for you. Please ensure there is space to walk around the whole trailer.

I reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason. If I need to cancel the appointment, I will notify you as soon as possible. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as bad weather. In case of a cancellation from my side, I will provide a full refund.
You can cancel anytime for a full refund before I start driving to you. If I drive to your location and can’t do the inspection due to any of the above reasons (vehicle not starting, trailer parked in the wrong position, etc.) a call-out fee will be charged.
I offer a courtesy waiting period of strictly max. 10 min. After that I have to move on to other jobs.

Sometimes delays up to 10 minutes can happen because of unpredictable circumstances like bad traffic, etc. I do my best to avoid this, but it can happen, please allow me and I allow you delays up to 10 minutes at no extra charge.
If I’m late upto 40 minutes, I will do the job for half price.
If I’m late more than 40 minutes, I will do it for free.
This applies to online bookings only, not for booking which have been made over the phone.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any booking for any reason. (For example if someone booked an area or type of vehicle that I don’t service, I will cancel and refund this booking as soon as I notice.)
